Shipping & Delivery
Rates can be found by adding your selected items to your shopping cart and entering your zip code into the shipping calculator. The prices shown include the cost of shipping and full insurance. We will bear the risk of loss of goods until tender of delivery, at which time the risk of loss will shift to you.

International Shipping:

Payment for international orders can only be made via wire transfer. For shipping cost please contact us. You are responsible for all duties and taxes that may be charged. If a package is unclaimed by you and sent back to us we will refund the purchase price minus five percent and all shipping and insurance costs incurred. We are not responsible for any duties "and/or" taxes when product arrives in your respective country. We will only wire back funds to the same sender, no exceptions.

Shipping times will be extended if we are not able to reach you via phone or email to obtain further information regarding your payment. All orders may take up to five business days for processing before shipping but only on rare occasions.

All orders are shipped in full once every product on the order is in stock. If your order contains an item that is delayed, the order will ship once all products in the order are in stock.

If you feel a package is damaged or has been tampered upon arrival, do not accepts the package and notify us immediately. Once you have signed for the package, we assumes no further responsibility or liability.

If a customer's order is returned to us for any reason, the customer will be responsible to pay another shipping charge (equal to the original shipping charge) before we reship the package.

An itemized invoice must be included when coins are shipped to us for potential purchase purposes.

Should your package be lost in transit we, at our sole discretion, retains the right to replace said package or refund the full initial purchase price.

Returns & Replacements
All coins and bars that are returned or sold to us must be shipped USPS registered and insured.

When you return or send coins or bars we will NOT assume any responsibility while product is in transit, and will only assume responsibility while coins/bars are in the our physical care, custody and control.

Certified coins will not be accepted for return if protective case has been damaged or tampered with. If a case has not been damaged or tampered with, returns will be accepted on certified coins only if the original order is returned, shipped to us via US Post Office, insured for their full value and post marked no later than two days from the time the order is received by you.

In the event that a package has not been delivered by UPS, USPS, etc., we will not be able refund or reship the purchased product if lost in shipping until the appropriate carrier has notified us in writing that the package has been declared lost. At that point in time we will, at our discretion, either replace or refund the full purchase price.
There will be no returns on bullion type coins.
Ordering
Please Note: all metals are subject to market fluctuation prior to sale. We are not responsible for typographical errors and reserve the right to void a sale at our discretion. Market volatility or problems updating this website may result in inaccurate pricing resulting in a canceled transaction.

If an order is placed for an item that is out of stock we will refund to you the full value of the purchased item(s). If you do not receive an order confirmation number for a website order, the order did not go through and it is not confirmed. Please call in to reorder (1-423-825-4653).

Orders may be combined for shipping and insurance purposes.

We reserve the right to void or cancel any order that does not comply with our internal security measures. SOUTHERNPMX.COM, at its sole discretion, may choose to offer an alternate method of payment for those orders that do not meet internal security standards. Should you choose not to accept the alternate method of payment; the order will be canceled without further recourse on your part.

Any customer, who cancels or does not pay for an order, will NOT be able to purchase from us again. If you have any money on account or pay for a future order, that money will be applied to the previous unpaid order, less the five percent restocking fee and applicable market loss. You are not entitled to any market gain.

We reserve the right to void or cancel any order that does not comply with our internal security measures. Should you choose not to accept the alternate method of payment; the order will be canceled without further recourse on your part.

All bullion type coin sales are final!
Payment, Pricing & Promotions
NO coins will be shipped until payment for the coins or metal is received.

We DO NOT accept cashier checks, bank drafts or cash.

If payment is not made in the allotted time frame, or the customer cancels the order, we may turn the account over to our collection agency and the customer will be responsible for all fees associated with the collection of the owed debt.
